This is a CEU presentation, in order to receive CEUs, please complete the following steps:
- Attend the full audio conference session, either in person or by listening to the recording.
- Complete all assignments, including the evaluation form.
- Submit a copy of your completed evaluation form to DP along with your address, phone number and email address after attending the full session and completing all assignments.
